Where possible Groundhog attempt to source all materials in the general location of the factories where the shoes are manufactured thus reducing transportation and its negative efffect on the environent, to further reduce environmental inpact Groundhog Shoes are sent to their final destination by sea freight.
The Eco friendly moulded soles are constructed from recycled rubber compounds and the foot bed is manufactured from natural coconut matting which allows a comfortable platform for the wearer. Crepe rubber is a natural product that comes from the sap of Lactae Hevea rubber trees
The packaging for Groundhog Shoes is produced from recycled fibres.
