Two of the leading companies in the ethical clothing and eco-friendly products sector have merged to form a business with a sales target of £8m for 2009-2010.
Internet retailers Natural Collection established in 1999 and Ethical Superstore who were formed in 2004 believe the move will put them in a stronger position to capture a much larger share of the United Kingdoms market for ethical and fair trade products and services which is currently around the £32bn mark.
The new company will continue to trade under both names and despite the recession expect continued growth as more and more people embrace ‘green’ ethics.
