In 2005 Cornish clothing company Seasalt became the first British organic cotton brand to be certified by the Soil Association.
The Soil Association ensure that what you are purchasing has been produced and processed to the strictest environmental and animal welfare standards by making numerous checks along the complete manufacturing process including but not limited to, making sure harmful chemicals have not been used in farming, ensuring crops are strictly rotated and that there is no GM throughout the chain.
Seasalt produce a number of Organic Cotton Women’s T-Shirts both in plain and printed styles. The tshirts are designed in Cornwall and ethically produced in Turkey from 100% Organic Cotton.
